Meet the Teacher
Miss Herbert
Hello my name is Teresa Herbert and I am the music teacher for Woodcrest Baptist Academy. I have been teaching at Woodcrest for 13 years. My favorite part is that I get to teach a variety of classes. This allows me to see musicians develop from Kindgergarten on up through High School. I teach general music, choir, handbells and band. My favorite instrument is the French Horn because I love the beautiful sounds it can make. I also love sports, good books, and of course listening for French Horns in movie soundtracks! As Pavarotti once said, " A life in Music is a life Beautifully spent"
